Flexy Mobile - Smart buttons

With the steps below you can add the toggles that are present in your call flow as favorites, and also change what should happen to the calls

Add as Favorite

Start by opening the flexy app on your mobile phone.

Step 1: After opening the Flexy App, select the globe called Call Flows at the bottom right.

Step 2: Here you will see 2 fields Favorites and Everything , we will first add the toggles that we wish to use as Favorites. So choose the right option All. 

Step 3: From the list of all toggles, choose which one you would like to add as a favorite. You do this by clicking on the asterisk. If the asterisk is gray then it is not yet a Favorite. 

Step 3.1: As you can see, the star is now colored orange, which means it has been added as a Favorite. 

Change Toggles

Follow the steps below to change the call flow by moving the toggles.

Step 1: Go to Favorites under the globe called Call Flows. Here you will see that the green check mark is colored next to the Automatic option.

Step 2: To activate another toggle, click on the gray/white check mark of the option so that it becomes a green check mark and the previous one then becomes gray/white. 

As you can see, the check mark is now colored next to the CLOSED NO CAL option. If you wish to activate another option, follow the steps above to move the green check mark from option again.
