Brokercloud - Handy notes

To provide a little extra explanation of what the link between Brokercloud and TelSmart net can do, we have put together this

handy article.

Pop-ups

So it is possible to have a pop-up appear in the Brokercloud portal via any TelSmart tool. Whether you are calling from your landline phone, Flexy Mobile or Flexy desktop. The pop-up of an incoming call will always be visible in the portal.

After accepting a call you will see the window below, here it shows the name, phone number and duration of the call.

After ending a call you will be given the option to link this to a party specific policy data to further complete or log a description/Note for this call.

If you would then go and look on the client's sheet under history:

You will find the log of the call with details. Date, Time, duration, incoming or outgoing but also be able to read the description/notice of the call.

The same is valid for an outgoing call, take your landline phone, Flexy mobile or Flexy desktop in hand form in the number you want to call and the pop-up will appear in the portal.

Once the call is active, then you will also see the duration time of the call.

After completing the call, you will see the same window as completing an incoming call. Here you can further complete the same data and start linking the call to that specific customer.

Outbound calling with Brokercloud

You can also use the brokercloud portal to initiate calls, which are then redirected to the landline phone, Flexy Mobile or Flexy Desktop. For this you need to download and configure our chrome extension more about this can be found at:

In the customer sheet itself, the phone number will not be clickable with the chrome extension. This has been passed on for modification.

In the full overview you can click the phone number to start a call through the portal. You can recognize this by the TelSmart icon in front of a phone number.

In the history you can also possibly click the number, here you can recognize it again by the icon of TelSmart in front of the phone number.
