Below is a handy guide to setting your Flexy Mobile on do not disturb to avoid receiving calls.
Beware! You can do this in two ways, both ways will be explained below for Apple and Android. One of these ways will ensure that all your calls will be on do not disturb, the other way will ensure that only Flexy Mobile can not receive calls.
Apple: Only Flexy Mobile on do not disturb
Step 1: Open Flexy mobile and go to settings at the top right using the cogwheel.
Step 2: Choose Incoming calls - Push notifications.
Step 3: If the check mark is next to Push Notifications it means that your Flexy Mobile will receive calls. To turn these off color the check mark next to Off.
Step 4: If you go back to the settings you will now see that they are off.
Step 5: If you wish to receive incoming calls again, do the same steps as above, but color the check mark next to Push notifications.
Android - Only Flexy Mobile on do not disturb.
Step 1: Open Flexy mobile and go to settings at the top right using the 3 dots. 
Step 2: Choose Incoming Calls- Push Notifications.
Step 3: If there is a bullet next to Push Notifications, it means that your Flexy Mobile will receive calls. To turn these off color the check mark next to Off.
Step 4: If you go back to the settings you will now see that they are off.
Step 5: If you wish to receive incoming calls again, do the same steps as above, but color the Bullet next to Push notifications.
Apple - Everything on do not disturb via Flexy Mobile
There is a general confusion, where often a challenge occurs with the do not disturb feature or also known under DND. The 1st option explained in this guide, will ensure that ONLY your Flexy Mobile is set to do not disturb. The manual below will also ensure that your landline will no longer receive calls.
Step 1: Open Flexy mobile and select Flexy by TelSmart in green at the top left.
Step 2: If the button is white as below, it means that do not disturb is not activated. So that the calls are coming through normally.
Step 3: To activate do not disturb, click on the white dot so that it turns green. This will activate do not disturb, and incoming calls will be disconnected immediately and you will receive a missed call notification.
Step 4: If you get back to the home screen of Flexy you can now see here that there is a red DND tag attached to Flexy by TelSmart. This allows you to see that your Flexy Mobile is set to do not disturb.
Step 5: To get back to receiving calls normally, just do the same steps. But now you're going to click the green ball so it turns white again.
Android - Everything on do not disturb via Flexy Mobile
