Flexy Mobile - Allow Flexy during focus states

To ensure that all notifications and calls can be processed from Flexy mobile on your smartphone, a number of steps are explained below to ensure that notifications from Flexy Mobile are also allowed in the different Focus statuses.

Apple

With Apple you have a number of standard focus settings, but you can also freely create statuses that ensure that certain notifications are suppressed.

Configuration Apple

Step 1: Go to settings & choose Focus

Step 2: Here you can now find all Focus settings.

Step 3: You can choose to share the focus settings on all devices and not share specific settings.

Step 4: Below is an example of the focus status do not disturb. This ensures that no notifications can get through when this status is enabled. Here you can choose to allow notifications from specific people or apps.

Step 5: If you click on People, you can select certain people to allow. You can also choose to always let contacts that you have added as favorites through. Or specifically per person.

Step 6: If you click on Apps, you can allow certain apps here. Click on the + sign Add to allow a specific app to send notifications during do not disturb.

Step 7: After clicking on the + sign, you will be presented with a number of frequently used Apps, but you can still search for an App that you want to add. Search for Flexy by TelSmart and click on it.

Step 8: After clicking you will see that Flexy by TelSmart is now allowed to send notifications during do not disturb status.

Android

On Android, there is 1 standard focus notification called Do Not Disturb.

Android Configuration

Shown below are some steps to allow Flexy Mobile through Do Not Disturb focus status. This varies per Android device, but below is an example of where you could find these settings.

Step 1: Go to the settings of your Android device and choose Notifications.

Step 2: Select the do not disturb option at the bottom 

Step 3: Here you can specify how long the status should be enabled and a number of other settings that you can adjust to your own wishes. Click on App Notifications to allow an App to send notifications.

Step 4: Click on Add Apps here and select Flexy by TelSmart and add it to the allowed Apps.
