We noticed during our last update of our new environment that something is going wrong with the SIGURA Links.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this has caused. We have a very easy one below for that
and handy procedure / step-by-step plan written out that will help you to restore the link.
If you follow the steps below you can link your device to the Sigura portal. This will then ensure that you can receive incoming and outgoing calls in the SIGURA portal.
Step 1 : Log in to your SIGURA portal with your Username and Password.
Step 2: Once logged in to the Sigura Portal, click on your name in the top right corner and select settings .
Step 3 : Navigate on the left in the bar to Telephony and then choose T elSmart connection.
Step 4 : If an existing device has already been paired, you must first remove it to provide a new pairing . Select here to connect device. Step 5: Provide a name for your paired device, if you will connect to multiple devices, you must provide a correct name for this. Here I will provide a link to my landline telephone . After entering the name, press Generate link code.
Step 6: You will receive a code as shown below, you must enter this code on your device that you want to connect to the SIGURA portal. This can be your fixed device , but also the Mobile GSM application (Flexy) or our Desktop version (Flexy Desktop). After entering this code you will hear a message that the code has been accepted. Your device is then successfully paired and the calls are displayed as a pop-up in the SIGURA portal. After hearing the link approval, press Finish configuration.
Step 7: You can also set a specific device as Default (Default device), so that it always has to try on this device first. So you can connect multiple and different devices to your SIGURA portal.
