You asked how to connect the headset.
You only have to plug the corresponding charging station into the USB connection of your computer. It is only for charging.
There is also a USB cable in the bag that you can also use to charge. This can also be done via USB port on the computer, but also with the adapter of your mobile phone, for example.
The bag contains a USB stick, which should be in the computer for integration with Teams. Normally this happens automatically.
An additional action is required for the telephone.
On the headset there is a switch to turn it on. If you push the lever to the other side, the device goes into pairing mode.
Once you have done that, go to MENU - Settings - Bluetooth on the phone
If it is set to OFF, set it to ON with the arrows
and you press save.
Then press the "search" button
In the list you will see "Jabra Evolve2" press that.
The phone will indicate "connected" and you will hear in the headset that you are paired.

Edit Headset name
Also provide your headset with a unique name, so that you always know that it is your headset that is correctly paired with a device.
Choose your device in the Jabra direct app and click on Device settings or Device settings. At Headset you will see under Headset name that you can change the name. Save the changes to apply.
