FUTURA - Pairing

Below are the steps you need to take to set up a link with FUTURA.

We have received information from Futura that a number of things are going wrong with the link. If the steps below do not provide a solution, we would like to refer you to the URL below that we received from Futura.

Procedure for request Telsmart connector in Futura

1. Go to intranet tools
2. Choose “Self Service Portal BE”
3. In the search bar at the top, search for “Futura"
   
4. From the search results, choose “FuturA - Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) for Agents”
5. Fill in the application form:  

• “Requested for”: find the user ID with the magnifying glass
• “reason” choose “necessary for my job”
• “Motivation” fill in “telsmart user”.
• “Action” choose “add/create”
• Options - Environment: Production
• Options Role: FuturA Telsmart User
• Options Company: KBC or CBC.

1. Click on “add to cart”.
2. If you want to add even more users, search for this person in “requested for”. You can leave all the other fields as they are and click on new on “add to shopping cart”.
3. If you have already added the people for whom you want to request the Telsmart connector, click on "continue with order" at the top right
   

1. In the shopping cart click on "Order now" to complete the order. The application goes to FuturA application management. You will receive an email for both the application and the approval. Once application management has given its approval, you will see the connector panel appear in FuturA the next day.
2. Every employee who will use the connector must individually allow pop-ups from futurA in Edge, otherwise the connector will not work as expected!
