Dear Customer

We have a number of options for adjusting the audio messages:

1. we can have it professionally recorded, for this we ask for a one-off cost of 50 €
2. you can record the message yourself by calling the recording menu (9700)
3. we can have the message played via text-to-speech (robotic voice) in the calling process.

Own audio messages

To add audio messages you can go this way:

Step 1: After logging in you will find this menu on your left.

Here you choose Configuration at the bottom.



Then a new selection screen will open, here you choose Media Library
 
Here you will see all your messages that are or have ever been active in your calling process.

If there are no audio files in the media library yet, you can call 9700 and leave a message via a landline phone, after recording this message it will automatically be saved in the media library with the title: date + extension.

You can also choose to add a new message, but then via the microphone of your laptop/computer. You can do this by clicking on the microphone with the green cursor in the image.



You can also adjust each message by clicking on the pencil on the right.
Here you can give each message a unique name as well as a reference number.

This reference number gives you the possibility to talk over these messages using one of our telephones. This allows you, for example, to call 9700#2 to overwrite this message.
