Dear,
You can set in MyTelSmart to which countries you are allowed to call and from which countries you can make calls, for example with the Flexy App.
Step 1: Go to MyTelSmart portal:
Step2: At the top, click Profile and Country Restrictions:
Step 3:
Countries of origin = Where you want to physically make the call.
Destination countries = Where you want to call.
Step 4: Check the country you need.
You can immediately call these numbers.
