Below I will also demonstrate the steps using images and the necessary explanation. This way you don't necessarily have to watch the video, but you can use this article as a guideline.

Set up connection

Step 1: To ensure that all BRIO contains the latest updates and changes, always inform the customer to briefly shut down and restart BRIO. Then you inform them that the first step is to click on the little man icon next to their name. Then they choose data and settings under the BROKER heading.

Step 2: Then you will see the window below, choose BROKER DATA CONTINUED in the left column. 

Step 3: Under BROKER DATA, click CHANGE to make the change here. Then, under the IDENTIFICATION tab, you will change the phone identification . Here we need to start by selecting the phone provider from the drop-down menu. you must select TelSmart as the telephone provider. 

 

Step 4: Make sure that TelSmart has been entered definitively at TELEPHONE PROVIDER . Save the applied changes. After any changes in BRIO, BRIO must be restarted for the changes to take effect. So make sure to close the application for a while and then relaunch it. 

Step 5: After restarting BRIO, you need to click on the little man icon next to their name again. This time, under subcategory IF you have to choose MY DATA SETTINGS . 

Step 6: Then select ENABLE TELEPHONE in the left column. After that, you will get a popup window of MyTelSmart portal . Here you have to log in with your MyTelSmart login (the same login as for your FLEXY mobile or FLEXY Desktop). After logging in, you still have to click on ALLOW ALL and then it is possible to handle incoming and outgoing calls via BRIO. 

REMARK! Below is the pop-up screen you see when you click ACTIVATE TELEPHONE. After entering your login details and logging in with your TelSmart account, you still need to grant access. 

With all the steps above you can successfully connect to Portima BRIO!
