Since the arrival of Flexy Desktop v1.6.1 it is possible to add favorites to the home screen.
A maximum of 12 favorites can be added, and can be an internal extension/user, a toggle to adjust e.g. the call flow option of a choice block, an external telephone number,...
How to add a favorite?
On the home screen you will start with the following screen:
By clicking ADD TO FAVORITES a favorite can be added, the following screen will open:
- For an internal extension/user you can search for the person you want to add under Name, the other items will be filled in automatically. To actually add this, click ADD.
- For an external number, enter a name, number and company, which can then be added by clicking ADD.
How to delete a favorite and move the favorites position?
At the top of the window, click on the pencil to enter edit mode.
The favorites can be deleted by clicking on the icon below.
The favorites can also be moved in this mode by dragging them to the desired position.
