Dear Customer,

Here are the steps to connect the bluetooth headset to our Yealink phone:

Step 1: Set Bluetooth device name in Yealink phone:
menu -> settings -> bluetooth -> adjust device name
Here change the Yealink T54W name to something unique, for example Yealink Tine

Step 2: Set Bluetooth device name in Yealink headset:
-> Via the touch screen in the upper left corner, press the gray icon
-> Bluetooth -> my Bluetooth info -> device name -> tap the pencil to edit the name.
Change the name here again to a unique name, eg Headset Tine

Step 3: Prepare the headset to connect via bluetooth:
-> On the touch screen, press the gray icon at the top left.
-> Bluetooth -> Discover -> Activate

Step 4: Pair the Yealink with the headset:
menu -> settings -> bluetooth -> connected bluetooth devices -> press the search button at the bottom of the page
The headset appears with the name you gave it above, for example Headset Tine.
Now tap Connect at the bottom right, and the headphones are paired.

Useful tips:
Check that the Yealink phone headset button is green.

In Yealink headset, you may find the following settings helpful:
-> Tap the gray icon on the top left of the touch screen.
-> go to -> settings -> advanced settings
-> call priority -> call in progress
-> Auto answer -> off (if you don't want the headset to pick up automatically, unplug it from the charger)

If the headset is also used by teams, it is best to connect it via USB.
If you suddenly have no audio, please restart the computer which is connected through the teams, the headset base and the yealink itself, so that they all sync again.
